We’re pleased to offer easy and flexible returns.
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Simply visit our Returns Portal (linked on our website) and follow the instructions to generate your return label.

A $9.95 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you choose a credit note, the return is free of charge.
We accept unworn items for refund or credit note only.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges, but our team is actively working to make this option available in the near future.

How to return your order:

Visit our Returns Portal via the link on our website

Enter your Order ID (starting with #USD…)

Enter the email address used for the order

Select the items, reason, and quantity to return

Choose your return method

Create and print your return label and documentation

Pack the items securely

Remove any old shipping labels from the packaging

Attach the new return labels

Drop off your parcel at the selected location or wait for courier collection
Please note: Shipping costs and sales taxes are non-refundable.
RETURNS POLICY
We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving the return.
Please return your item within 14 days of receipt of the goods. We will give you a refund or credit note* within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Please note delivery fees will not be refunded and we are not liable for any loss of or damage to return parcels.
All items must be returned in an unworn (re-saleable) and unwashed condition with the correct invoice, packaging and swing tag still attached. All un-damaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.
We strongly recommend you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
International customers must clearly write 'return' or 'unwanted goods' on the label of their returns parcel to avoid unnecessary customs charges.
If you return your purchase by post or courier after the periods outlined above (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods), we reserve the right not to offer you a refund. We may instead issue you with a credit note.
In the case of returns which have been lost or delayed we may need to make a complaint with the chosen carrier. In these instances, once we have the full details of your complaint it will normally take no more than 30 calendar days for the carrier to respond fully to your issue.
REFUNDS ON DISCOUNTED ITEMS
If a promotional discount is applied to your order, the same discount will be applied to each product of your order that you return. You will only be refunded the amount that you originally paid for your order or any given product. When returning discounted products, the usual 14-day returns policy applies.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer exchanges for the US market, however our team is working very hard to launch this in the near future.
FAULTY ITEMS
All items need to be fully assessed before rendered faulty or damaged. Please contact our customer care at info@chintiandparker.com for more information. Upon assessment if your item is deemed faulty or damaged, a full refund including all delivery costs will be given.
